AIM

FVHA's principal aim is to help local people who are in the greatest housing need and are unable to satisfy their housing requirements through their own resources.

ASSOCIATION PROFILE

The Association has a Board of Directors, composed entirely of voluntary members, who form a committee through which the village has been managed since it was built.

The FVHA is registered with the National Housing Federation and the Housing Corporation. The Association maintains its own waiting lists and accommodation is offered on Assured Tenancies.

FVHA is an Equal Opporunties organisation.

Franklands Village Housing Association is a non-profit making Housing Association (i.e., a "Registered Social Landlord"). The Village was founded and built in the mid 1930's to provide housing at economic rents in a real community.
